Do you offer a trial period?
Yes, Coastal Collective offers a 6 month membership trial. Check out our memberships on the membership tab.
How do I renew my membership?
Since none of our plans will automatically renew, you will need to purchase the membership again
once your term expires. You will receive an email one week before your membership is scheduled to expire with a special offer
& direct links for renewing your membership.
Your new 12 month membership will begin directly upon purchase, so we recommend that you wait
until your original membership expires before renewing.

Does my membership auto renew?
No! We can confirm that none of our plans are set to auto-renew & no action will be needed on
either of our ends to cancel your membership at the end of the term. Your membership expires
automatically on the 6 or 12 months anniversary of purchase.

What kind of businesses is this for?
This membership is less about content (although you get access to a lot) and more about doing,
connecting and growing. Therefore, any female founded business can join.
How do I access the downloadables and resources?
When you join you will be given a password to our paid membership which includes :
Access to our private paid membership Facebook community where Mel and Sarah hang out all the
time to answer your questions AND
Access to our online portal full of resources to support you in business and mindset

Welcome and Congratulations, you can expect BIG things to start happening.
We will email you your password to access our portal and you we would love for you complete our welcome questionnaire so you can make the most out of every day and we so we know how to best support you.
Do I need to own a business to join Coastal Collective?
Ideally yes. This community is built to support women in the first 1-5 years of their business journey.
However, if you have a business idea and are gearing up for launch OR you’ve ran businesses for 15+
years, we believe we ALL need a safe space to learn, connect and grow. You never stop learning.

Can I cancel my membership?
A Coastal Collective member who pays in full has the right to cancel their membership within the
first 72 hours of enrolment for a $50 early cancellation fee. After the initial 72 hours post enrolment, no refunds will be permitted for previous payment.
Our 12 month payment plan Membership and 6 month Membership are final sale and there is no
cancellation for these two payment options.
What’s your refund policy?
All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided on memberships or digital resources whether or not the student has logged in to view the content.
Coastal Collective maintains the right to refuse refund at any time.
There may be occasional glitches with the website which may experience downtime. Coastal
Collective will always work to resolve these outages as quickly as possible; report any bugs. No
refunds will be provided with temporary access issues with the app or downtime with the site.
